MAY

 We started off the month with Cinco De Mayo (Taryn's first!)! We cant celebrate without a pinata! This year it was a chili pepper! All the kids took turns and then the Adults had a good time with it. It was finally watermelon-ed to a few and that's when it was cracked open. I think we will be doing that next year too! It was a lot of fun

Next up was this little girl's birthday! (see separate post!)

Then Mother's Day. I love being a mother! Best and hardest job in the world. I tried to take pics with the girls at home but didn't turn out so well. LOL. We had brunch with my mom on Saturday and the next day we had dinner with Cathy.

Next up was the big weekend. Springfest and Memorial Day weekend! The girls danced, got some face/arm paintings done (thanks Grandma Cathy), We did chalk on the block, and watched the parade, and visit the graves of past loved ones. For the parade we did the usual dinner at the PUD and waited for it to start. This year it was pulled pork. Tristan even brought a generator and his computer and played games.

The weekend after Springfest my whole fam went to Seattle to a Mariners game (mine and the girls' first games!) The girls all got a real wooden bat! It was awesome. Adyson especially loved it becasue of her new interest in softball!

 We also made it a point to show the girls the temple. It was beautiful and the girls loved it.

And Adyson took the plunge and pierced her ears! She was so brave, her face may not show it in one of the pictures but she did great and she loves them.

Softball ended and Adyson had a music concert at school.

Harper turns 4!!!!

Our little cowgirl turned four! I cant believe it! 

The theme was Sheriff Callie. I made badge invitations that were cute! no picture of it though. Cathy really wanted to buy Harper boots and the outfit and I didn't really care to becasue I was going to try and make an outfit so I said no, maybe just boots. Well turns out grandparents think alike and my parents wanted to too. They tried to call me and ask but when I didn't answer they bought it anyway! It worked out. She looks super cute! It was a good idea Cathy!

 These toys were hard to find. When its a new show on tv it is SUPER hard to find any bday decor anywhere. 

Harper you are sweet and sassy all rolled into one. You melt anyones heart that come in contact with you. You know just how to make anyone laugh. You tell anyone you meet your whole life story! Your age, name, sisters names, favorite color, what you ate for breakfast, my name,... Anything, no one is a stranger, everyone is a friend. You are so smart and love to sing! You can hear a song one time and then be able to sing it all day long. You love the dentist and have said you want to be one when you grow up. We love you Harper!
